The general purpose of the series is to make an inventory of plants, algae, and fungi by studying different locations in Los Farallones. This paper deals with species of the order <em>Gentianales</em> (<em>Asclepiadaceae </em>and <em>Rubiaceae</em> families) from the Pico de Águila low montane forest (in the Valle del Cauca department, in Colombia).
